To be eligible for a refund for our course, you must do the following and send us proof of the following in your email requesting the refund after 30 days of purchasing the course at info@dispatchtrucks.com:
● Complete all of the course modules, assessments, and worksheets
● Implement all the strategies being taught in the course
● All the marketing campaigns you have ran and sales calls made with your potential clients (carriers)
You must submit your request and completed assessments no sooner than 30 days following your purchase. After you submit your materials, all refunds will be reviewed to determine whether or not you are eligible for a refund. No refunds will be provided less than 30 days following the date of purchase.
If you simply downloaded the training materials (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or other media) and then immediately requested a refund, your refund request will be denied.
We will not keep your money if you are dissatisfied, but we do require you to commit to taking action within 30 days of your purchase if you want results.
The goal of this refund policy is to give people a chance to try our course, and if it doesn't work for them, they can get their money back.
Furthermore, your refund will be denied if it is clear that your assessments are incomplete or that you did not implement the strategies taught in the course. However, we will continue to assist and support you in order to achieve your goals.
